mohaliaerotropolis.com is a digital platform. All services are delivered electronically — there is no physical product, no shipping, and no courier involved.
1. Nature of Services
Mohali Aerotropolis provides the following digital services:
- Free property listings — published immediately upon submission and AI processing
- Featured Listing packages — paid promotional placement on the platform
- Market intelligence — free access to price data, GMADA notices, and news articles
All services are delivered digitally via the website at mohaliaerotropolis.com. No physical goods are shipped at any time.
2. Featured Listing — Delivery Timeline
Upon successful payment for a Featured Listing:
- Automatic activation: If payment is processed via Razorpay, the listing is featured automatically within minutes of payment confirmation.
- Manual activation: In cases where payment is confirmed manually (e.g. bank transfer or UPI), activation occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your listing is activated as Featured.
- The Featured status remains active for 30 days from the activation date.
3. Free Listing Delivery
Property listings submitted via WhatsApp or the website are processed by our AI pipeline and published within:
- WhatsApp submissions: Within 30 minutes during active pipeline hours (9am–9pm IST)
- Website form submissions: Within 6 hours, subject to manual review for quality
4. Service Availability
mohaliaerotropolis.com is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Scheduled maintenance windows, if required, will be announced in advance. We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside our control (hosting provider issues, internet infrastructure, etc.).
5. Non-Delivery
If a Featured Listing has not been activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation, please contact us immediately at hello@mohaliaerotropolis.com with your payment details. We will resolve the issue promptly or issue a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
