Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid services on mohaliaerotropolis.com — specifically Featured Listing packages. Property listings themselves are free and this policy does not apply to them.
1. Featured Listing Service
Mohali Aerotropolis offers Featured Listing packages at ₹1,000 per 30-day period. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. By completing payment, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of a Featured Listing at any time. However, please note:
- Cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment and before the listing has been featured are eligible for a full refund.
- Once a listing has been actively featured (pinned to top and shown in the homepage sidebar), no cancellation or refund is available for that period.
- Cancellations do not renew automatically — each Featured Listing period must be paid for separately.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same listing, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Technical failure: If payment is captured but the listing was not featured due to a technical error on our part, a full refund will be issued or the service activated at no additional charge, at our discretion.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund if the listing has not yet been activated as Featured.
- Listing removed by us: If we remove a Featured Listing for violating our terms of service, no refund is issued.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after the listing has been featured
- Low enquiry volume or dissatisfaction with results
- Listings that expire naturally at the end of the 30-day period
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@mohaliaerotropolis.com with:
- Your name and registered email address
- Listing ID (shown in the URL of your listing)
- Razorpay Payment ID (from your payment confirmation email)
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Our email is hello@mohaliaerotropolis.com.
