GMADA has issued a public notice regarding land acquisition affecting Shyam Nikunj Education & Welfare Society in Sector-69, SAS Nagar. Affected parties may submit written objections within 10 days of this notice to the Chief Administrator at PUDA Bhawan, Sector 62. GMADA ਨੇ ਸੈਕਟਰ-69, SAS ਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਯਾਮ ਨਿਕੁੰਜ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਐਂਡ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਇਸ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਦੇ 10 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੁੱਡਾ ਭਵਨ, ਸੈਕਟਰ 62 ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਮਿਆਦ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਲਈ ਜਨਤਕ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

The Punjab Department of Housing and Urban Development issued four corrigendum notices on 03.07.2026 correcting tehsil names in Social Impact Assessment Notifications for Aerotropolis Extension land acquisition. Villages Tangori and Khizargarh were incorrectly listed under Tehsil Mohali/Derabassi and are now corrected to Tehsil Banur; villages Kurda and Sekhan Majra were incorrectly listed under Tehsil Banur and are now corrected to Tehsil Mohali. All corrections refer to notifications originally dated 27.01.2026 and published 27.02.2026 under Section 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
पंजाब आवास और शहरी विकास विभाग ने 03.07.2026 को एरोट्रोपोलिस विस्तार भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन अधिसूचनाओं में तहसील नामों को सुधारने के लिए चार शुद्धिपत्र जारी किए। गांव टंगोरी और खिजरगढ़ को गलती से तहसील मोहाली/डेराबस्सी के तहत सूचीबद्ध किया गया था और अब तहसील बानूर में सुधारा गया है; गांव कुर्दा और सेखां माजरा को गलती से तहसील बानूर के तहत सूचीबद्ध किया गया था और अब तहसील मोहाली में सुधारा गया है। सभी सुधार मूल रूप से 27.01.2026 को दिनांकित और 27.02.2026 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचनाओं को संदर्भित करते हैं, जो भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास और पुनर्स्थापन अधिनियम, 2013 में उचित मुआवजे और पारदर्शिता के अधिकार की धारा 4 के तहत जारी की गई थीं।

GMADA's Land Acquisition Collector has scheduled three hearings for 20 July 2026 at 12:00 noon for land acquisition in village Siaon (Ceaon) under the Aerotropolis residential project. The hearings cover three land categories (Ee: 2.14 acres, Aind: 350.20 acres, Ji: 53.42 acres) and will be held at the Committee Hall, 2nd Floor, PUDA Bhawan, Mohali. The Punjab Housing Department has issued a corrigendum dated 23-28 April 2026 correcting the village name in the Social Impact Assessment notification for Aerotropolis Extension land acquisition (46.46 acres) in Tehsil Banur, SAS Nagar. The village previously identified as 'Isa Khan' in the revenue plan is clarified to be 'Village Banur, Tehsil Banur District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar'. The original SIA notification was published on 27 January and 27 February 2026 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act 2013.
