About GMADA
The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is the statutory planning and development body for the SAS Nagar (Mohali) region under the Punjab Government. GMADA is responsible for master planning, land acquisition, infrastructure development, and allotment of sectors across the region. GMADA developed the Aerotropolis township adjacent to Chandigarh International Airport and introduced the Letter of Intent (LOI) instrument that defines the Aerotropolis secondary market.
