500 sqyd Plot in Sector 83 JLPL, Mohali

An industrial plot of 500 square yards is available for resale in Sector 83 JLPL, within the Sahni Estates project. The asking price is Rs 1.5 crore for a full white transaction. A balance of Rs 1.35 crore and a paid amount of Rs 15 lakh are noted. The registry is not yet done.

Sector 83 Mohali falls within GMADA's IT City development, with Sector 83 Alpha planned as an IT and industrial pocket alongside residential blocks. Plaksha University in Sector 101 Alpha lies a short distance from Sector 83 within the GMADA IT City corridor. Infosys was allotted a roughly 50-acre IT/educational plot in Sector 83 Alpha, which sold for Rs 238.05 crore in a 2025 GMADA e-auction. GMADA operates a sewage treatment plant in Sector 83 as part of its Aerocity-area utilities network. GMADA's Sector 83 Alpha layout plan shows a 40-metre wide outer road bordering the IT industry blocks adjacent to the Infosys campus.
