Villages Tangori and Khizargarh were incorrectly listed under Tehsil Mohali/Derabassi and are now corrected to Tehsil Banur; villages Kurda and Sekhan Majra were incorrectly listed under Tehsil Banur and are now corrected to Tehsil Mohali. पंजाब आवास और शहरी विकास विभाग ने 03.07.2026 को एरोट्रोपोलिस विस्तार भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए सामाजिक प्रभाव आकलन अधिसूचनाओं में तहसील नामों को सुधारने के लिए चार शुद्धिपत्र जारी किए। गांव टंगोरी और खिजरगढ़ को गलती से तहसील मोहाली/डेराबस्सी के तहत सूचीबद्ध किया गया था और अब तहसील बानूर में सुधारा गया है; गांव कुर्दा और सेखां माजरा को गलती से तहसील बानूर के तहत सूचीबद्ध किया गया था और अब तहसील मोहाली में सुधारा गया है। सभी सुधार मूल रूप से 27.01.2026 को दिनांकित और 27.02.2026 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचनाओं को संदर्भित करते हैं, जो भूमि अधिग्रहण, पुनर्वास और पुनर्स्थापन अधिनियम, 2013 में उचित मुआवजे और पारदर्शिता के अधिकार की धारा 4 के तहत जारी की गई थीं।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹਾਊਸਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ 03.07.2026 ਨੂੰ ਏਰੋਟ੍ਰੋਪੋਲਿਸ ਐਕਸਟੈਂਸ਼ਨ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਨਾਮ ਠੀਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚਾਰ ਸ਼ੁੱਧੀਪੱਤਰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ। ਪਿੰਡ ਟੰਗੋਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਖਿਜ਼ਰਗੜ੍ਹ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ/ਡੇਰਾਬੱਸੀ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸੂਚੀਬੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਬਾਨੂਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ; ਪਿੰਡ ਕੁਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਖਾਂ ਮਾਜਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਬਾਨੂਰ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸੂਚੀਬੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਮੂਲ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ 27.01.2026 ਨੂੰ ਮਿਤੀਬੱਧ ਅਤੇ 27.02.2026 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ, ਪੁਨਰਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਨਰਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਐਕਟ, 2013 ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 4 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।

The village previously identified as 'Isa Khan' in the revenue plan is clarified to be 'Village Banur, Tehsil Banur District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar'. The original SIA notification was published on 27 January and 27 February 2026 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act 2013.

The project involves acquisition of 713 acres across nine villages: Raspur, Salapur, 2Fe Majra, Taripur, Rajkir, Majra, Kartar, Kangala and Hushiarpur under Section 5 of Punjab Regional & Town Planning and Development Act 2013.
