Punjab government has granted CLU for 94.25 acres, although the developer separately describes Parkfields as a township of 200+ acres, so the total land parcel is not settled. Two named developments sit inside the township: Amber Terraces, Stilt+4 independent floors on 250 sqyd plots, and Jubilee Imperia, S+24 towers across roughly 6 acres offering 3 and 3+1 BHK residences. Dealer messages often reference these two names rather than Parkfields. Access is via PR-6, PR-7 and VR-1. The project is not RERA registered and is not available for sale.
